US Federal Contractor Registration is a third-party registration firm who charges to complete a full service System for Award Management (SAM) Registration. Our service includes a dedicated case manager to physically process the SAM paperwork on the client’s behalf. The Government offers free registration forms at SAM.gov, but SAM will not physically process the forms for a client. All fees paid to US Federal Contractor Registration are for the filing of government paperwork on a client’s behalf, saving the entity time and ensuring complete and accurate filings much like an accountant.

MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties related to the subject matter thereof, supersedes any prior or contemporaneous (oral, written or electronic) agreement between the parties and shall not be changed except by written agreement signed by an officer of the Company. If any provision of this Agreement is prohibited by law or held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof and the unenforceable provision shall be automatically amended so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable provision within the limits of applicable law. User shall not assign or transfer this Agreement and any such transfer shall be void.
DEFAMATION CLAUSE
Client agrees to not attack/criticize US Federal Contractor Registration and any of its employees, associates, or partner publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc) at any time during or subsequent to contract period. Similarly client agrees to not seek for seo advice on any seo forums, blogs, community groups, or any social media in a way which brings bad name to the company or any of its employees, associates, or partners. In the case that this clause is breached, client agrees to pay $10,000 to US Federal Contractor Registration as damages.
Procurement Technical Assistance Centers
The Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) makes available free and low-cost registration and marketing help for government contractors interested in selling products and/or services to federal, state, and local government agencies.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel this agreement by sending an email to billing@usfcrgov.com within 48 hours of the acceptance of this agreement. The email must the include name of the business, business phone number, and the word cancel in the body of the email. After that time there will be a cancellation fee not to exceed the full amount of the purchase. The customer agrees not to stop pay on any types of payment including but not limited to Credit Cards, Checks, ACH, or Check Drafts. Any charges of a stop payment or dispute to any bank or payment processor will be in direct violation of this agreement and all charges associated with this action will be passed on to the customer, not limited to attorney fees and bank charges. By acceptance of this agreement you are bound to all its Terms and Conditions.
US Federal Contractor Registration is third-party government registration firm that also provides federal bid training and proposal writing services. Clients who purchase proposal writing services are required to supply all necessary information, as and when requested, in a timely manner. USFCR cannot guarantee the creation and submission of a proposal, when clients do not supply required information timely. Clients must review the proposal when written, and has 72 hours – or a shorter period of time, depending on when the proposal is due – to request changes. Clients are responsible for submitting the bid, and to handle any follow-up and/or negotiation that the federal buyer requires or initiates. Clients also must request a debrief from the vendor, if not awarded the opportunity, as well as protest the bid award, if so inclined. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results, and USFCR does not and cannot guarantee that your company will win any contracts on which it submits a proposal. Your company needs to review all pricing aspects of your bid. You are 100 percent responsible for everything in your bid.
Completed registrations, including rushed registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
